1. What brands do you carry?
We currently offer trusted names like Lottabody, Mielle, Yari, As I Am, Red One, SheaMoisture, and more. We're always working on bringing in even more of your favorites.

2. Do you ship internationally?
Right now, we ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. More countries may be added in the future.

3. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.
Delivery within the Netherlands usually takes 2 to 4 business days.
For Belgium and Germany, please allow around 3 to 6 business days.

4. Can I return a product?
Yes, we accept returns on unused and unopened items within 14 days of receiving your order. Due to hygiene standards, opened products cannot be returned. For full details, please see our Return Policy.

5. Are your products authentic?
Yes, all our products are 100% authentic and sourced directly from authorized suppliers.
